Licensure: Active, unrestricted license to practice medicine in Illinois or the ability to obtain one. Required Controlled Substance License for the state of Illinois. Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry (American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology). DEA: Valid DEA number. Skills: Strong diagnostic skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to remain calm, empathetic, and patient.
