We are currently seeking a Psychiatrist to join our team at Baldwin State Prison located in Hardwick, Georgia, near Milledgeville. The Psychiatrist works within a multidisciplinary team to provide behavioral health/psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for patients in a correctional setting Centurion Health contracts with state and local governments nationwide to provide comprehensive healthcare services to correctional facilities, state hospitals, and other community settings. Qualifications: • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school required • Board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry • Active and unrestricted medical license or the ability to obtain licensure • Must show/be able to obtain active Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration • Ability to pass credentialing and background check Working Hours: Available Shift -Weekdays Day Shift -Will consider remote or onsite candidates
