Holyoke Medical Center | Holyoke, Massachusetts Join a collaborative adult inpatient psychiatry practice offering a manageable caseload, dedicated Psychiatric NP support, and a Monday–Friday daytime schedule. Holyoke Medical Center is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Adult Psychiatrist to join our inpatient team in Western Massachusetts. Position Highlights - Estimated annual compensation of $380,000–$395,000, including approximately 6–8 paid call weeks annually - $50,000 sign-on bonus, separate from annual compensation - Monday–Friday daytime schedule - Approximately eight patients per physician at full census - 16-bed adult inpatient unit, with a dedicated Psychiatric NP sharing patient coverage - Call paid at $7,500 per full week, included in the annual compensation estimate above Practice With Time for Your Patients With the psychiatrist and Psychiatric NP each typically caring for approximately eight patients, this position allows time for thoughtful assessment, treatment, and discharge planning within a collaborative hospital setting.
