Psychiatry Medical Director Opening Indiana Opening in Fort Wayne Full Time Permanent Position Seeking BC/BE Psychiatrist to join team in Fort Wayne, Indiana Position Highlights: - Hybrid schedule with option for 4 days remote and 1 day onsite or fully onsite - Monday through Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM - Primarily inpatient psychiatry with some outpatient and telehealth consults - 120-bed inpatient psychiatric facility with IOP services - Average patient volume 12–16 per day - Opportunity for Medical Director role - Strong clinical and administrative support infrastructure Responsibilities: - Provide psychiatric care for adult and adolescent patients - Manage inpatient psychiatric treatment plans - Participate in telemedicine and IOP services as needed - Collaborate with multidisciplinary care team - Provide supervision to APPs if applicable - Participate in optional call and weekend coverage Qualifications: - Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry - Active Indiana license or ability to obtain Compensation & Benefits: - Base $325,000 - Competitive base salary with productivity bonus - Additional compensation for Medical Director role - Paid professional liability insurance with tail coverage - Comprehensive benefits package - Continuing medical education (CME) and professional development support - Clinician wellness and support programs
