Inpatient Psychiatrist – Naples, Florida Specialty: Psychiatry Location: Naples, FL Employment Type: Full-Time Schedule: Mornings / Early Afternoons Compensation: $300k - $400k Job Description A behavioral health facility in Naples, Florida is seeking a Full-Time Inpatient Psychiatrist to join its clinical team. The psychiatrist will focus on direct patient care and work collaboratively with the facility’s Medical Director, site leadership, and psychiatric advanced practice providers. The ideal workload is approximately 20+ patients, with support from a Nurse Practitioner. Responsibilities - Provide psychiatric evaluations and ongoing patient care - Manage an inpatient psychiatric caseload - Participate in multidisciplinary treatment-team meetings - Collaborate with the Medical Director and facility leadership - Work alongside shared psychiatric midlevel providers - Support coordinated and effective treatment planning Schedule - Full-time opportunity - Primarily morning and early-afternoon hours Compensation & Benefits - Health insurance - Dental insurance - Vision insurance - Life insurance - 401(k) with 5% match - Malpractice coverage - Relocation assistance, generally up to $10,000 Licensure Candidates who are in the process of obtaining the required state license may be considered.
