Job Description & Requirements Inpatient Psychiatry-Lubbock, TX StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $300000.00 - $350000.00 Adult/Geriatric Inpatient Psychiatrist Medical Director – Lubbock, TX | We are expanding our clinical team and seeking a compassionate, mission-driven Inpatient Psychiatrist to support adult and geriatric patients in our 32-bed inpatient facility in Lubbock, Texas. Position Highlights 📍 Location: Lubbock, TX (Onsite) Setting: 100% Inpatient Employment: W2 or 1099 Role: Staff Psychiatrist or Medical Director (leadership opportunity) Compensation & Benefits - $300,000-$350,000 - Sign on Bonus - Relocation Assistance - CME Allowance - 20 Days PTO - Malpractice Provided Schedule - Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM - Call: 1 week on / 3 weeks off - Call is phone-based Clinical Practice - 3–5 psychiatric evaluations daily - Medication management & crisis stabilization - Active collaboration with multidisciplinary team - EMR: WellSky - Dictation: Dragon / Dictation Cloud - Strong support staff including 24/7 nursing and 3 NPs Requirements - Must work onsite in Lubbock - Eligible for Texas medical license - Experience with adult/geriatric inpatient psychiatry preferred - Physician: MD or DO We are a growing behavioral health system with 33 locations and a strong mission centered on dignity, honesty, and long-term recovery.
