Full-time Psychiatrist openings with a Physician-led organization. · $300,000 base salary + incentives. Realistic total compensation up to $450,000+ · No call. Outpatient-only practice · 8:1 staff-to-physician ratio · Flexible schedule: 4 days x 10 hours shift OR 5 days x 8 hours shift The Role Practice at the top of your license in a supportive, innovative environment: · Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations · Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans · Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications · Provide Deep TMS and ketamine therapy onsite with a highly trained support team · Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care · Optional involvement in clinical research and innovation initiatives No prior TMS or ketamine experience required — training and support provided. Day to Day: Hours/Schedule: a) Clinics are open 6am to 8pm, Mon-Sat. b) Most psychiatrists work 4 10-hour shifts but 8-hour shifts are available as well. Must cover 1 Saturday per month. No call. Outpatient only. New patients: 1 hour Follow ups: 20 minutes in most cases Patient volumes: a) Initially all new patients but this will eventually become more follow-ups and less new patients. However, new patients will always be a part of the schedule due to patients that are in remission after responding to TMS. Once ramped up, the typical volume will be around 23-25 patients in a 10-hour day. b) Average utilization is 80%. This allows ample time for administrative work and PMHNP supervision without taking work home EHR: EClinicalWorks. Customizable templates. AI dictation software (Dragon and Sunoh, the ECW platform) Financials: Base Salary: $300,000 Compensation will never drop below this level but there is productivity incentive based on: a) New and follow-up appointments b) TMS and ketamine utilization c) PMHNP supervision Additional thoughts on compensation: a) The average Psychiatrist will earn in the mid $400,000s per year b) There is no cap, so the sky is the limit and many of the psychiatrists earn over $500,000 annually Benefits: PTO: 22 days (176 hours) Holidays: 11 days Health Insurance: 90% of medical insurance paid (will be less than $100/month for single physician, around $180/month for whole family) Retirement: 401K, no match currently Relocation: Up to $10,000 reimbursed
